I don't know what you call this salad other than good! I got this "recipe" from my friend Theresa's mom... aka my landlord. Here are the ingredients (not pictured, some leftover spinach leaves I found in the fridge after taking this pic ha):
Clean off and cut the lettuce as you prefer. Then I added the spinach leaves. I love all of the color variations!
Next I add the cranberry/pecan/cheese mixture.
I put some roasted almonds in as well, but I don't think I'll do that next time. These had a funny taste to them that didn't really go with the salad.
I give it a toss before adding the poppy seed dressing (note: I think brianna's poppy seed dressing is much better but winn-dixie was out!).
It's that simple, and THAT good!
